Join Nami Howard County's Online Veteran Connections Support Group on the first Monday of every month from 6:00pm-7:30pm EST.

Joining a Support Group can help you feel better in a number of ways:

  • Know that others are going through similar things

  • Learn tips on how to handle day-to-day challenges

  • Meet new friends and connect with others who understand you

  • Learn how to talk about things that bother you and how to ask for help
